Our firm is lead by Sam Kim.  In addition to being admitted to the State Bar of California as an attorney, Sam Kim is also licensed as a Real Estate broker and a General Engineering and Building contractor.  Mr. Kim has actively been involved in the real estate brokerage, construction, and development industry for the past twenty five years, and has listed and/or closed over $200 million in Real Estate transactions.  He has also received top sales awards under the Century 21 system, including the most prestigious Grand Centurion Award and the Masters Hall of Fame recognition.  In 2007, Mr. Kim was recognized as the #1 commercial agent in the Nation for the Century 21 System.  Mr. Kim routinely advises banks, real estate brokerage firms, escrow and mortgage companies, as well as Real Estate developers, on legal, real estate, and development projects of all calibers.
